Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery times

UK (including Northern Ireland): usually 7–14 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Lost or late parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 working days of dispatch, contact us through our Contact page and we'll track it down, or send a replacement or refund if it's lost.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it's wrong; once an order has been dispatched we can't always change it.
